Holiday & Pandemic Note: 
Delays with carriers can occur during holiday seasons and various parts of the country due to the ongoing pandemic. Please take this into consideration as you plan your order. The Chocolate Cow is not responsible for carrier delays or the like.

When will my order ship? 
We are doing everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible but it may take 1-2 days to process. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once it has shipped. 

When will my order arrive? 
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes? 
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  

Where do you ship to? 
We ship 48 continental states directly from our store in Sonoma. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Do you ship internationally? 
We are only shipping domestically. 

Do you ship custom boxes? 
At this time we are only offering a limited selection online for shipping. If you are local to the Bay Area, please come visit us in Sonoma. 

Do you accept returns? 
We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re unsatisfied, please email us directly at support@sonomachocolatecow.com and we will do our best to make things right. 

Do I need to be at home to get my delivery?
If you are not home your package will be left at the door. Please remember, this is chocolate which is sensitive to heat and the elements. Don’t leave the package outside too long or the chocolates may melt!
