As a small family owned and operated store, we are udder-ly grateful for your business!
Summer Shipping: Due to the delicacy of our chocolates and the extreme summer heat, we are pausing all chocolate shipments during summer months. We’ll resume shipping in October when cooler temperatures return to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Thank you for your understanding and patience—we can’t wait to share our chocolates with you again this fall!

Processing orders: Please allow 1-3 days to process orders. Our products are shipped through UPS in non-refrigerated trucks, and while we do package with ice, chocolate may melt due to extreme heat.
If you are local to Sonoma Valley we can do delivery for a $10 charge in lieu of shipping. Please email support@sonomachocolatecow.com or call at 707-935-3564 with any questions.
Shipping address: We recommend that you ship your chocolate to an address where someone will be available to accept your shipment. We are not responsible for packages left outside after delivery where chocolate may melt.
Ship dates: Orders with chocolate placed after Wednesday will be held until the following Monday to ensure packages don't sit in warehouses over the weekend.
